I received the sweetest package from my old teaching buddies. Karen was my mentor teacher when I was a student teacher. We then taught next to each other for six years. And Carmen was my school person. We got each other through our first years together. We laughed together, went to NCTE together, cried together, gossiped together and drank a whole lot of wine together. She was my HHS rock.

Receiving this package meant the world to me. And it just goes to show how incredible it is when people really know you and know exactly what you need. Thank you so much, ladies! You make my laugh and you made my heart smile. I am so privileged to have you in my life!
